All are welcome to a collective learning space to explore "Truth Beyond Opposites" and integrating the wisdom from Isha Upanishad in Daily Life. In his commentaries on the Isha Upanishad, Sri Aurobin- do has written about several "Pairs of Opposites" like The Conscious Lord and Phenomenal Nature, Enjoyment and Renunciation, Action and Freedom and so on. The first verse of Isha Upanishad says: ईशा वास्यमदिं सर्वं यत्कञ्चि जगत्यां जगत्। तेन त्यक्तेन भुञ्जीथा मा गृधः कस्यस्वद्धिनम् ॥ "All that is in this universe is pervaded by the Divine. Renounce and enjoy, lust not after anyone else's wealth." Some emerging questions are: • If Divine is in everyone and everything, then why are there conflicts and wars? • When I dissolve the conflicts within me, to what extent does it ripple out in the universe? • How can I renounce and truly enjoy life on an everyday basis? This episode covers Sri Aurobindo's life from 1900 till 1906 and his first involve- ment in the Indian freedom struggle. Duration: 56min. • 31 August: Sri Aurobindo & the Earth's Future-From Darkness to Light, Episode 3. This part of the documen- tary series by Olivier Barot relates to Sri Aurobindo's life in Bengal from 1906 till 1910. Duration: 57min. Full Moon Gathering: Thursday, 27 August, 7:15-8:15pm in front of Sri Aurobindo's statue Exploring the Frontiers of Consciousness Savitri as a Resource for Scientific and Metaphysical Re- search Savitri Bhavan, Auroville, invites scientists, phi- losophers, and researchers worldwide to an on- line contemplative study of Sri Aurobindo's Sa- vitri. The program began on 15 August 2025, focusing on selected cantos from Part One of Savitri. Bi-weekly sessions combine guided re- flections (via Shraddhavan's recorded talks) with interactive discussions. Participants can choose to contribute actively or simply listen. A Bilingual Exhibition on 'Sri Aurobindo

• 27 July: Water Ceremony for Auroville's 50th Anniver- sary 28 February 2018. Auroville's 50th Anniversary Meditation and Dawn-Fire on 28 February 2018 at the Matrimandir Amphitheatre with thousands of partici- pants was followed by a 'Water Ceremony' at sunrise. At the time of Auroville's inauguration, 50 years ago, in 1968, soil from 240 countries was placed in the white mar- ble urn in the Amphitheatre. On Auroville's 50th anniversary, 320 water samples from different sources across the planet were poured by children and youth into a golden receptacle in the Amphitheatre. The water came from Antarctic glaciers as well as from many famous rivers such as the Ganges, Nile, Amazon and Seine, from far away mountains and seas, as well as from home taps and public fountains. These joining waters of the world symbolise unity and bringing them together was a prayer for the well-being one of earth most precious resources: water. This film traces the spiritual evolution of India over 4000 years— the Age of Intuition which corresponds to Vedic times, Age of Reason, Age of Devotion, Age of Power and the Age of the Body—seen through an original Indic per- spective based on Sri Aurobindo's research to discover the past and future of India's gift to the world.
