A few days left for our next Dhrupad Retreat with Niloy Ahsan at A Sunlit Path! We will meet on March 24, 25 & 26 everyday 10am-12pm & 3pm-5pm In these three days, we’ll be immersing ourselves in the meditative and healing vibrations of Dhrupad music and nada yoga. We’ll have a mix of vocal classes, active listening sessions, question and answer sessions, exploration of nada yoga as a way to connect to the self as well as private classes with Niloy for those that wish to dive deeper into using their voice for a meditative, healing and musical journey. This retreat is open to those from all backgrounds. While prior training in music and/ or yoga can be useful, it is not a prerequisite.
