Aikido Classes

The martial discipline of harmony, control, and inner peace. Classes held Mondays to Fridays from 6:00 to 7:30 AM and Thursdays & Fridays from 4:50 to 5:50 PM. Advanced sessions on Saturdays from 6:00 to 8:00 AM and Weapons training from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
