We have just 2 places remaining for anyone who feels ready to move away from the noise of overwhelm & toward a more balanced, gentle way of being. This 1-week immersion is lovingly guided by Helen, a qualified & experienced Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). It is a wonderful opportunity to join a small, supportive group as we learn together how to navigate life’s challenges with greater presence & ease. 🌿 Course Details: 🗓️ Mon 2 Feb – Sat 7 Feb ⏰ Mon-Fri: 12pm–2pm | Sat: 9am–3.30pm. 📍 Location - Auroville (in-person only).
