Ashtanga Yoga, practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Classes are Monday to Friday from 9am to 11am (self-paced) and Saturday from 9.40am to 11.10am (led primary series). No classes on Sundays and New & Full Moon days. Classes require prior registration only, no drop-ins.
