Ashtanga Yoga, practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering their fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Through the practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (Asanas), and gazing point (Driste), one gains control of the senses and a deep awareness of oneself. Regularity and devotion help acquire steadiness of body and mind. Classes are self-paced Monday to Friday, and led primary series on Saturday with prior registration only.
