*Authentic Flow* – December From *1st to 29th* Dec, I’ll be holding regular morning classes, *9–10:30 am*, at New Creation Dance Studio. We meet twice a week every *Monday & Friday* (total 8 classes). These sessions will draw from contemporary dance, authentic movement, improvisation, floorwork, breathwork, and intuitive exploration. It’s a space to arrive exactly as you are ,to move, soften, strengthen, play, ground, and let the body find its own organic flow. Contribution: • ₹3000 for the whole month/₹500 per drop-in • Aurovillian: ₹2000 for the month / ₹300 drop-in If you feel like building consistency, exploring new movement, or spending time with your body in a authentic way, you’re welcome to join.
