*Community Update – Summary of Events at Eternity* This is a follow up update of the previous one. Please consider these updates as official from the eternity residents themselves. Any other update, although grateful for such sharing, may not carry the full overview. • 20 & 23 Feb: A GPS survey done by a private company hired by the AvF Office, was carried out and completed in Eternity. • A community meeting planned for 26 Feb in Eternity was cancelled after AVFO raised concerns linking Yuval’s visa to a possible YouTuber attending the meeting (no name given). Yuval was asked to ensure such a person would not enter. • On 25 Feb, a tractor with granite pillars entered Eternity to begin fencing. We clarified that the gate was opened only for the survey, not for fencing or tree clearing without dialogue. The path was blocked with a car and the AbFO team left that day without proceeding. • Rumours followed that Eternity land exchange was being registered immediately. We checked with registration offices: – Inter-state land exchange requires due process – No registration had taken place for Eternity – We submitted a written objection • A case was filed in the Madras High Court and a Stay Order was granted on 2 March. • On 3 March afternoon, around 30 AVFO personnel (led by Antim, Muriel, Sindhuja, and Joel, along with Av Security, broke the lock and entered Eternity despite being informed about the Stay Order (this was filmed). Police said it was a civil matter and should be resolved in court. • Later, a tractor with tree-clearing tools arrived. Workers said they were sent to start clearing.
