Monday - Friday: please feel free to share with me about your experience with swimming, so please wear the appropriate swimming attire. Based on that, I will help you with the following: 1. Basic Water Safety: Learn essential water safety rules, breath control, floating techniques, and how to enter and exit the water safely. 2. Fundamental Skills: Develop core swimming skills, including kicking, arm movements, and coordinated breathing. 3. Stroke Development: Master all swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) with correct form and technique. 4. Endurance and Stamina: Gradually increase swimming distances to build strength and confidence. 5.
