Join our Workshop *RHYTHM, BODY & SOUND _ Embodied DJ Workshop* Facilitated by Marise Cardoso aka Djiiva 2.00 - 5.00 PM , 6th December 2025 @ Svaram Atelier A workshop created to transform the way you listen. We begin with the body, the first instrument, awakening rhythm as sensation and time as presence. From this internal pulse, we move into the evolution of DJ technology and an intuitive introduction to DJay Pro, preparing the ground for hands-on practice on the controller. Through movement, voice, listening games and guided mixing, participants learn to feel phrasing, cycles and drops from within, bringing sensitivity, timing and flow into every mix. More than a technical training, this session offers a re-education of how we sense and express music, merging DJ culture with somatic awareness and creative exploration. Open to DJs, producers, dancers and anyone drawn to rhythm. _*Music begins in the body.*_ About the Facilitator _*Marise Cardoso*_ , known artistically as Djiiva, is a Brazilian-born DJ, sound artist, educator and Master in Musical Arts with over 25 years of international experience. Her musical identity weaves grooves from Afro-diasporic, Latin, tribal and organic worlds with somatic awareness, crafting sets marked by rhythmic depth, emotional resonance and an embodied sense of flow. *Founder of Ser Super Sônico* (Super Sonic Being) and *creator of M.O.V.E _ Moving Organically Your Vital Energy* , she develops transdisciplinary programs where music, movement and sound healing converge to promote presence, collective expression and integral well-being.
