Kalabhumi Music Studio’s Music Teaching Academy presents our first workshop of 2026: Creative Rhythm with Shanks Kini! *The workshop* This is a hands-on workshop in discovering inner rhythm, language and spontaneity, with easy to play instruments. Participants explore their innate ability to compose and perform in a fun, guided and interactive group session. No musical training is required. *The facilitator* Shanks Kini (b.1978) is a music producer, performer and music coach. He has worked in the Mumbai music industry for 8 years. He trained in Hindustani Classical Music as a child. He plays several instruments and explores jazz, Indian and western classical music. He is Mangalorean Konkani by origin, grew up in Bangalore and worked in Mumbai before coming to Auroville in 2015. Registration required! Follow the QR code!
