This is a traditional ritual art from Kerala, depicting a deity on the floor with powders, that usually start a whole ritual afterwards. This kolam will represent *Ayyappa,* very popular in Kerala, son of Shiva and Vishnu/Mohini. He is worshipped especially during mandalam season, that started in November and is ending today January 14th. 🌸*The Kolam making will start around 2 pm* 🌸*Culminates with Kali Arati at 6.30pm* 🌸*Diploma Graduation Kalari ceremony and Kalari performance 7pm onwards* All are warmly invited to come, witness, and be part of this sacred process 🌸🙏🏻
