Normally when people say " I " or "Me". It's a *mind generated image.* We have an image of ourselves which is created with _body identification_ and then inflates and becomes bigger associating with many worldly experiences ❄️ This false mental self, *called the Ego* either lives in the past or future ( _both being mental projections and nothing else_ ). It's false because it's only a mental projection as thoughts, and doesn't have any basis in reality ☘️ When you bring your attention completely to the *present moment,* this mind generated self dissolves because you enter into an alert thoughtless state.
