Rooted in the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, the course weaves together ancient mindfulness practices with insights from neuroscience & psychology. You’ll learn skills to relate differently to stress, physical pain & challenging thoughts - in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. Each session includes guided meditation, reflection & gentle inquiry. With curiosity & kindness, you’ll begin to notice patterns, where you get stuck & how to respond with more awareness & choice.
