We will do gentle and subtle deeper body work that supports us to link the substance of our body to Higher Consciousness and its qualities like Light, Vastness, Peace, Truth, Love, Joy, Beauty and Power. This allows the natural transformation of our thoughts, memories, emotions, sensations and body. The crux of these practices are what is naturally coming through the exploration of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo’s works, about the integral transformation of Self with the body’s substance as a grounded base. These practices are real, direct, subtle and tangible. We don’t get lost in abstractions or mental imaginations. We actually experience and do these inner practices and wait for the aspiration and receptivity of Grace to converge and permeate with us.
