Welcome everyone :) Festivals are the time to be spent with our family and the community. So come, lets celebrate Christmas together, but a little different this time. We are holding space on 25 of December, Thursday, with Tribal conscious dance. Tribal ecstatic dance is a transformative practice that blends elements of traditional tribal music and dance with the free-spiritedness of ecstatic movement. It serves as a pathway to connect with one's inner self and the collective energy of the group. We learn to come in our body as we move freely and intuitively, allowing the rhythm to guide the bodies , creating an immersive and communal experience. It fosters a sense of unity and liberation, breaking down barriers and promoting emotional release and healing. Here is the flow of the day - 5pm to 6pm - Meditation and presence practice with herbal tea ceremony. 6pm to 6.30pm - Guided movement and exploration of the bodies with Puma G. 6.30 to 8.30 - Tribal ecstatic dance set with Shristree, with live percussions, flute , jaw harp, didgeridoo and more by Fakira, Puma and Kaludia. 8.30 pm to 9.30pm - Sound Journey with Klaudia and friends Please carry your mats for sound journey, if you wish to lay down comfortably.
