COMING HOME – 22nd–24th December ✨ A 3-day retreat to return to yourself As the year comes to an end, many of us feel tired, stretched, full of experiences yet disconnected from our own centre. This retreat is an invitation to pause… to soften… and to come home. Coming Home is a gentle yet powerful journey back into the body, the heart, and the wisdom of the Earth. A space where you don’t have to fix anything, become anything, or perform — only to remember who you are beneath the noise. Over these 3 days, we will move, breathe, drum, feel, release and reconnect. Through embodied practices, sound, earth-based rituals and deep presence, we allow the nervous system to settle and the soul to speak. ✨ To come home to your body ✨ To come home to your breath ✨ To come home to your truth ✨ To come home to your inner rhythm This retreat is for you if you feel the call to slow down, to close the year consciously, and to step into the new cycle more rooted, clearer and softer within yourself. I will be holding this space with deep care, integrity and devotion, creating a safe and nourishing container where transformation can unfold naturally. If your heart resonates, trust it.
