No asanaโs are involved, but specifically designed exercises help participants to bring up natural and contagious laughter. By laughing for a sustained period of time, emotions are released, the nervous system is reset and ego-less connection is facilitated between participants. The mind is sidelined and youโll find yourself joyfully pulled into the present moment, all while your inner child can have the chance to come out and play.
