For those new to the practice, laughter yoga is a tried and tested method to allow anybody to experience the positive benefits for body, mind, heart and soul of sustained & unconditional laughter. No asanaβs are involved, but specifically designed exercises help participants to bring up natural and contagious laughter. By laughing for a sustained period of time, emotions are released, the nervous system is reset and ego-less connection is facilitated between participants. The mind is sidelined and youβll find yourself joyfully pulled into the present moment, all while your inner child can have the chance to come out and play.
