Registrations close tomorrow morning✨ 🗓 Mon 2 – Sat 7 March ⏰ 2–4pm (Mon–Fri) · 9–3.30pm (Sat) This evidence-based mindfulness course offers practical tools to work with stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions & life challenges (work pressure, relationships, health issues etc) towards a place of ease. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an internationally renowned course which weaves together ancient mindfulness practices with insights from neuroscience & psychology to help train our minds. You’ll learn skills to relate differently to stress, physical pain & challenging thoughts - in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. Each session includes guided meditation, reflection & inquiry. With gentle curiosity, you’ll begin to notice patterns, where you get stuck & how to respond with more awareness & choice.
