Using breath as an object of focus, we will practice to subside the mind activity and lean towards the state of "no mind" It's a guided 1 hour workshop with breaks in between to help you settle in to the state of meditation. Meditation practice is said to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, depression, loneliness and is great for overall healing and well being.
