*The Potential of Kindness - Loving Kindness Meditation - Monday 4th August* As part of our research project on the Potential of Kindness weβre hosting a Loving Kindness (metta) meditation practice. Research has shown that Loving-Kindness Meditation can lead to increased positive emotions, reduced self-criticism, & enhanced feelings of connection with others. Weβre curious to see what - if anything - shifts within when we experience this practice. This is a free event. All we ask is that you complete 3 short surveys (before & after the practice) to help us discover if & how practicing Loving Kindness Meditation creates any shift in how we feel towards ourselves & others. There will be 2 slots for practice - *at 7.30-8.30am* and *5.30-6.30pm* on *Monday 4 August* . This includes time for the 30 minute guided practice along with completion of surveys etc. Places are limited so you need to register, letting us know which time slot you would like to attend.
