In our understanding, the purpose of meditation is to cultivate presence and peace of mind, enabling us to connect with our unique essence and the world around us. Through exercises on land and in water, we will cultivate awareness of the present moment, aiming to enhance the innate quality of presence within each of us. Once we connect with this presence, we will explore ways to deepen and expand it, allowing us to welcome the presence of others in a harmonious and respectful manner. Watsu & Meditation offers 15 hours of credit with WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) and Watsu India.
